    从1840年至20世纪50年代末的120年的“灾异记事” 中，旱灾年代占12％。60年
代至70年代20年的灾情记录中，旱灾年代达50％，并有1967至1969年和1976至1982年
的连续干旱，年平均降水量均低于700毫米，1969年仅460毫米，1981年仅294．6毫米，
因而出现水库干涸、地下水位降低等严重干旱现象。历年旱灾中春旱占50％，秋旱占
21％。
