    清朝末年，为抵御外侵，镇压农民起义，清政府命各地筹办团练。即墨县退职回
乡的知府江恭先等在县城南仲村（今属崂山县）一带组织地方武装——团练，江恭先
任团长。1867年（同治六年）该部团练在协助清军阻击过境捻军的战斗中被击溃。
