    海岸线北起南阡乡金口村东小河口（北纬36°36′17"、东经120°46′03″），
通过丁字河口、黄海西部，南至鳌山卫镇马山前村东南小河口（北纬36°19′12″、
东经120°38′15″），全长183．01公里。其地质，在洼里乡龙口岛以北部分和鳌山
卫镇大任河以北部分属中生界白垩系或侏罗系地层；洼里乡南部及鳌山卫镇南部属中
生界侵入岩花岗岩地层，陆岸多呈冲积海积地貌，岛岸多呈海蚀地貌。
