    中华人民共和国对革命残废军人实行终身抚恤。胶南县按照国家规定的抚恤标准，
于每年1月和7月分两期发给革命残废军人残废金， 每期发给一年之半数。 1954年至
1987年，共发放残废金4873671元，全县有1451人享受残废金待遇。
