    固体废弃物主要来自工业废渣和生活垃圾。1982年至1984年，每年产出工业废渣
3万多吨， 1985年8万多吨，1986年和1987年均在10万吨左右；生活垃圾年产出2万吨
左右。这些废物经风吹、雨淋、日晒及微生物分解，可溶性物质流入水体，即影响水
体质量；挥发性物质进入大气中，则影响大气环境质量。
