    1979年和1981年，铁山公社张仓村和泊里公社先后建成麻纺厂生产黄洋青麻袋。
1987年， 两厂共有职工900人，生产麻袋426万条，完成工业总产值974万元。张仓麻
纺厂生产的麻袋自1985年开始出口，年出口量120万条。
