    宝山乡丛家屯村地势较高， 地下水缺乏， 地表水流失快，人畜吃水常年不足。
1980年，县投资3.5万元，开挖土石8760立方，建成直径15米，深12米的大口井1眼，
铺设直径150毫米的管道660米。全村156户708人的吃水困难得以解决。
