    位于小场乡王家岭一带，跨小场乡26个村庄。耕地面积1.1万亩。水源为白马河，
由王家岭扬水站提水灌溉。灌区工程于1969年9月始建，次年5月完工。总投资68万元，
其中国家投资8万元。完成土石方22万立方米。建成扬水站1处，装机3台，300千瓦；
干渠2条， 长22公里；支渠6条，长15公里；支渠以上建筑物26座。1970年5月开灌。
设计灌溉面积1万亩。 到1987年，有效灌溉面积达到8000亩；旱涝保收面积2000亩；
园田化面积1000亩。
