    崂山县历史上屡有涝灾发生，且多在夏、秋两季。解放后，县气象局1951～1982
年的资料统计， 涝灾有7个年份，多受台风影响，或有山洪暴发。东部山区坡度大，
河流短，洪水涌，多挟沙石，北九水、沙子口一带最易受害。中部夏庄、惜福镇等地
机遇极少。西部低洼区，涝灾年排水不畅，与海水顶托，也易受害。
