    崂山地区自1949年6月解放至1987年， 先后有十数支陆、海军及特种兵部队戍边
守岛，保卫祖国安全，支援地方建设，其中有军事院校、野战医院、科研机构及修造
等部门。崂山驻军在保卫四化建设、支援工农业生产以及护渔护航、军民联防、训练
民兵中均做出卓越贡献。
