    1985年5月28日～29日， 崂山县第一次归国华侨、侨眷代表大会在县驻地召开。
出席会议的代表99名，其中正式代表60名、列席代表39名，选举产生了崂山县第一届
归国华侨联合会（简称侨联），设主席、副主席。
    侨联的任务是：联系全县归侨和侨眷，宣传党的侨务政策，反映他们的意见和要
求，鼓励同国外亲友通信通汇，调动侨胞为祖国四化建设和祖国统一贡献力量。
