    1980年以后，崂山粮食部门为便利群众，加工供应部分熟食品。局属各粮所普设
经营熟食品班组，生产糕点、挂面、面食等34个品类、66个花样，有电烤箱、馒头机、
电炸锅等加工机械135台，总电功率750千瓦，年加工粮食1500余万斤。
    1986年崂山县粮食局系统经营的熟食品类增加到45个、78个花样。
    1987年，熟食品的机械设备增至226件，总值49万元，从业人员407名（内有临时
工350名）。
