    1978年，中共十一届三中全会以后，个体缝纫业发展极快。流亭、李村、惜福镇、
王哥庄、城阳等主要集镇，集日均有较多摊点，料服每套手工费10～20元不等。丹山
村85％的农户从事个体针织服装加工业，户为单位，自购、自裁、自制、自销，产品
销及省内外，1985年该村收入达万元的户约占总户数的1／3。1987年，全县拥有专业
户1000左右，从业约3000人。
