    1984年，域内出现个体承包建筑队，半机械化施工，可建3～6层建筑物，年人均
收入约2000元。1985年，北宅、后金村、夏庄、曹村、棘洪滩、王哥庄、黄埠等村中
不少个体承包队转为筑路队， 域内所属“308”国道、流清河至青山口的崂山南路等
路基开挖拓宽、土石铺垫，大都由村或个体建筑队、组承包施工修建。1985年总收入
622．9万元。
