    随着农民收入水平的不断提高，农民的居住条件不断改善。2000年农民人
均用于住房的支出由1996年的224元增至496元， 增长121.43%；住房支出的比
重由10.51%上升到20.40%， 农民人均住房面积达到35平方米，比1996年增加7
平方米， 增长25%。住房质量也有很大提高，土坯房、简易房已全部退出历史
舞台，代之以砖木结构、钢筋混凝土结构住房。钢木结构住房比重已达到了96
%， 宽敞明亮、功能齐全的楼房也屡见不鲜。农民居住趋向宽敞、明亮、楼房
化。
