    1996～2000年， 章丘市文学艺术界联合会共有工作人员3人，下设文学、
书法、美术、音乐、摄影5个文艺协会，共有会员441人，在市委和市委宣传部
及上级文联的领导下，认真贯彻党的文艺路线、方针和政策，通过开展丰富多
彩的文艺活动和组织各类文艺作品的创作，为繁荣全市文艺，推进社会主义精
神文明建设，发挥了重要的积极的作用，连续5年被济南市文联评为先进集体。
