    1996～1998年5月，  称为“章丘市人民防空办公室”，成员有2人组成。
1998年6月， 根据章发［1998］24号文《中共章丘市委、章丘市人民政府、章
丘市人武部成立“章丘市国防动员委员会”的通知》要求，组建“章丘市国防
动员委员会人民防空办公室”。2000年底有干部3人。
