    1996年，清运城区生活垃圾5.2万吨，粪便1.8万吨，至2000年底，年清运
生活垃圾5.6万吨，粪便2.3万吨，清运率、无害化处理率均达100%。并能够做
到重点单位日产日清，其他单位隔日一清，清运过程中，达到了车走地净、容
器净、密封运输无撒漏的清运标准，同时坚持严格的检查、奖惩制度。在2000
年6月开展的“优质服务月”活动中，车队提出了“真情献社会，服务进万家”
的口号，并实行了垃圾清运“计量考核、按方取酬”的方法，大大调动了职工
的劳动积极性，提高了工作效率，垃圾清运及时，服务质量明显提高，得到了
广大市民的好评。
