    随着人民生活水平的不断提高，人们对改善环境的愿望越来越强，  主动
参与环境保护工作的意识也越来越高。2000年， 章丘市环保局成立了信访科，
负责全市环境信访的处理。 1996～2000年共接到群众来信来访349件次，办理
人大、政协议案、建议、意见和提案共43件，处结率100%。
