    5年间， 市委党校在突出教学这一中心的同时，注重了科研工作。围绕改
革开放和现代化建设中的理论问题和实际问题，联系实际，调查研究，总结经
验，探求规律，提出对策，科研工作既出成果，又出精品，切实做到了为不断
提高教学质量服务，为“两个文明”建设服务，为市委市政府的决策服务。共
写出各类科研论文400余篇(次)，其中省部级以上发表200余篇(次)。
