    市邮政部门坚持“两手抓、两手都要硬”的方针，加强物质文明建设的同
时，大力推进企业精神文明建设。1996～1998年，在全局上下深入开展了“树
邮电新风，创优质服务”活动、“行风建设”活动和“承诺服务”活动。1998
年，市局邮政营业室被章丘市表彰为全市行风示范窗口单位。市邮政局和17个
邮政支局被表彰为市级文明单位。1999年，刁镇支局局长韩延华被表彰为“富
民兴鲁”先进个人。市邮政局被评为“济南市级文明单位”。2000年，市局营
业室、储蓄所、发行投递公司被章丘市表彰为1999年度全市行风建设示范窗口
单位。
