    坚持“两手抓两手都要硬”的方针，局机关的两个文明建设不断向纵深发
展。办公条件不断改善，建立了职工活动室，逐步提高了职工福利。深入学习
了邓小平旅游经济思想，开展了实践“三个代表”、献身旅游事业的教育活动。
积极开展业务学习，努力提高管理水平。制定了《章丘市旅游局工作规范》，
分为党务工作、 廉洁勤政、依法行政、依法治局4部分30条75款，各项工作进
入了法制化、 规范化、制度化的轨道。1998～2000年连续3年被评为市级文明
单位，1999～2000年被评为建委系统先进党支部，2000年被评为济南市旅游系
统先进单位。
