    1996年的工程取费是依据企业资质等级和隶属关系确定的。自1998年以来
改为按工程类别取费。 2000年共年检42家取费许可证，其中乙级取费6家，丙
级取费21家，丁级取费13家，加强了对工程造价专业人员资格和工程造价咨询
单位资质的管理。 目前全市持有工程造价专业人员资格证书的人员231人，其
中高级8人， 中级52人，初级171人。截止2000年底，全市共有4家工程造价咨
询单位，即章丘誉鲁有限责任会计师事务所(乙级)、章丘誉源有限责任会计师
事务所(丙级)、中国建设银行(造价咨询中心)(丙级)、章丘市工程造价咨询服
务部(丙级)。
