净值1100万元。 主要产品有7W、 9W、l6W、28W等系列节能灯产品。年产量达
30000余只。 产品除在本市销售外，主要销往济南、淄博、聊城、东营等地，
1998年以后，由于流动资金严重不足，造成生产不能正常进行。加之负债较重，
该企业于1999年8月全部停产，职工整体下岗。
