    1996年初，中共章丘市委办公室辖市委政策研究室、保密局两个局级单位。
设机要科1个副局级科及秘书、综合、信息督查、行政、财务6个科，编制44人；
市信访局、档案局（馆）、党史资料征集委员会归口市委办公室。至2000年底，
市委办公室内设有秘书、 综合、信息、督查、行政、财务6个科；下辖政策研
究、保密局、机要科。共有工作人员59人，其中职工31人。
