    1995年11月， 全市区划为14个镇，8个乡。14个镇即：明水、绣惠、相公
庄、普集、刁镇、水寨、龙山、枣园、埠村、垛庄、文祖、曹范、党家、圣井；
8个乡即：  黄河、 高官寨、辛寨、白云湖、宁家埠、阎家峪、官庄、旭升。
1996年10月，经省政府批准，高官寨、白云湖、宁家埠撤乡设镇，至2000年章
丘市区划为17个镇，5个乡(黄河、辛寨、阎家峪、官庄、旭升)。
