1993年， 境内开通无线寻呼（BP机）业务，建立人工寻呼台，使用特服号码“126”，
实行昼夜服务。1996年，人工寻呼系统撤销，增设“127”“128”自动寻呼特服号，服
务项目有常规呼、群呼、定时呼、紧急呼等；是年，发展寻呼机1000余部。2000年后，
开通网上呼、如意呼、信息点播等新业务。随着手机的普及，无限寻呼业务停止。
