一、胶济线
横贯市境东西，东从普集镇孙赵村入境，西到龙山镇龙山村出境。1997年4月1日，胶济
线客运列车实施列车运行提速工程，客运列车运行速度由6070千米/小时提高到90100千
米/小时。 1998年10月21日，胶济线客运列车再次提速至120千米/小时，铁轨更换为重
轨，并进行无缝轨道焊接。
二、专用线
明水火车站有专用线2条: 五三○厂专用线、交通厅水泥厂专用线。普集火车站专用线1
条，为三○一油库专用线。枣园火车站专用线3条:埠村煤矿专用线、物资回收公司专用
线、华天公司专用线。
