主要形式为井灌。1986年后，在搞好引黄、引泉和水库灌溉的同时，狠抓中北部井灌区
节水型灌溉工程配套建设， 推广“U”型防渗渠道和低压管道等新工艺、新技术，水资
源利用率不断提高， 灌溉效益剧增。至2005年底，全市机电井灌溉面积发展到39030公
顷。
