明水白莲藕，块大色白、质地细腻、甜脆爽口、嚼后无渣，是宴席上的佳肴。莲花洁白
如玉，观之赏心悦目；莲子能安神补虚，历来为席上珍味；鲜藕有解渴、醒酒、散淤的
功能，藕节可止血、止泻；莲子叶不仅可入药，而且还可用以馐食品，其味清香适口。
白莲藕产于百脉泉头，济青公路南北两侧是重点产源，至2005年，扩展到白云湖、高官
寨、黄河等乡镇，种植面积达100公顷，单产2500公斤。
