    辛寨乡自古以来有4大传统美食， 即：糖酥火烧，香脆可口，单个成品达60层之
多，层层薄如蝉翼；干炸鲤鱼，外焦里嫩，别有风味；辛寨肘子，肥而不腻，具有美
容功能；清氽丸子，香脆可口。此4大名吃已有300余年的工艺历史，属省内独具特点
的传统名吃。
