    1987年7月， 根据国家科委统一部署，职称改革工作全面展开。经过专业职称评
定，至1987年底，全县共有各类专业技术人员6802人。其中中级职称1 19人，初级职
称1413人，未定职称5252人。至1990年底，全县共有各类专业技术人员1.74万人。其
中高级职称157人， 中级职称2348人，初级职称1.49万人。其分布情况为：全民事业
7852人， 全民企业2051人，集体企业2086人，集体事业3034人，农村2 418人。根据
上级有关文件要求，1991年3月，职称改革工作移交县人事局。
