    10年间，随着农民收入水平的不断提高，农民的居住条件明显改善。1995年，农
民人均用于住房支出由1986年的123元增至198.6元，增长61.46％；住房支出的比重
由27.8％升为32.8％，建新房的农户约占总数的89％。农民人均住房面积达27.3平方
米，比1986年增加12.7平方米。住房质量有很大提高，农村房屋砖木结构、钢筋混凝
土结构的比重达96.3％；新建房屋普遍结构坚固，宽敞明亮，外形美观，内饰漂亮。
有些富裕农民已住上了新颖别致、造价高、功能齐全的“小康屋”(楼房)。
