<FONT COLOR='#800000'>　　第五节民兵军事训练</FONT>

<div class=txt><pre><FONT size=3>

    1980年前，对民兵实行4年为一周期的“纲要”训练。以民兵连为训练单位，以
基础训练、战术训练为主。1981～1984年，实行2年为一周期的训练。以公社为单位
集中训练，以战术、技术训练为主。1985年后，为年度训练，市(县)人民武装部统一
组织住训，以基础训练、专业分队训练、战术训练为主。1988年10月，民兵训练基地
建成后，选配教员，完善训练设施。每年采取分期分批训练方法在基地完成年度训练
任务。
