    1985年， 平均日清理粪便22吨、垃圾16吨，道路保洁面积8.7万平方米。街道、
公厕设专人管理，对粪便、细杂垃圾基本做到无害化处理。10年间，随着城市建设和
各项活动的开展，环卫管理水平不断提高。1995年，共清运生活垃圾6.15万吨，清挖
粪便1.25万吨， 重点单位和主要街路的垃圾日清运率达100％；垃圾、粪便清运实现
机械化，做到及时清运且无害化处理。对全城区84万平方米的道路广场，采取“一日
三普扫，全日守岗检扫”的保洁措施，道路保洁面积比1985年增加近9倍。
