    1986年以来，全市(县)基础设施及基本建设投资逐年增加。1992年，中共章丘市
委、市人民政府提出实施城镇经济带动战略，加快城乡一体化进程，更加注重基础设
施建设。1993～1995年3年用于基础设施建设的资金高达6.5亿元。工业、农业、交通
运输业、城市建设和教科文卫等事业长足发展，对改变城市结构和改善人民生活，促
进经济和各项社会事业的进一步发展奠定了物质技术基础。
