    位于市区明水西北方荷塘中，以宋代章丘籍女词人李清照之号命名。198 8年3月
兴建， 1989年6月落成。占地面积932.4平方米，建筑面积94平方米。主副亭3座：主
亭居中，高2层，16.8米；副亭分居两侧各1层，高6米。为重檐式建筑，亭顶均为6边
6角， 亭柱各6根。并设一长120米平桥通连塘畔，状若青岛栈桥。亭周池塘连碧，垂
柳成荫。 夏秋之交， 满塘荷花与亭交相辉映。 从1996年9月，又在此兴建占地面积
7.73公顷的荷花公园。为济青公路明水路段南侧的一大景观。
