    16日章丘市人民政府以章政发〔1993〕3号文件转发国务院《关于认真清理、核
实1992年财政收支的紧急通知》，要求各乡(镇)财政、税务、审计、银行等有关部门
，严格按照通知精神对上年财政收支认真清理，坚决纠正一切收支不当现象。
    是月明水镇、旭升乡被选为济南市“乡镇企业年”活动典型，并组成报告团在济
南市5区县作巡回报告。
