    (1)苗种生产体系。1989年，在白云湖建成鱼类苗种繁殖场2处，年产草、鲢、鳙
鱼苗7000万尾，建鲤乌仔2000万尾，从根本上解决了境内苗种短缺的问题。(2) 鱼病
防治体系。1992年，在白云湖建鱼病防治医院1处，设鱼药销售点4处。水产专业人员
登门为养鱼户服务，做到无病早防，有病早治，杜绝鱼病泛滥。(3) 饲料加工体系。
10年间，全市建有鱼饲料加工厂2处，年产饲料1500吨。(4)销售体系。1986年以来，
境内建立鲜、活鱼批发和零售市场4处。其中白云湖2处，市区明水、南部山区垛庄各
1处，为搞活水产品流通提供了保障。
