10日县政府召开全县归侨、侨属代表迎春茶话会，副县长梁积铸代表县政府到会表示
慰问。会上，号召归侨、侨属为发展全县外向型经济牵线搭桥。
    10～11日为安排好春节灾区群众生活，中共章丘县委副书记、代理县长刘海亭，
县人民武装部部长刘家和、副县长于宗烈，带领县农委、民政局、粮食局、财政局、
水利水产局、农机局等部门负责人分赴受灾较重的垛庄、文祖、阎家峪、曹范4乡(镇
)现场办公，并将部分救济款分发到受灾群众手中。
