    13日章丘县人民政府以章政发〔1986〕54号文件通知建立乡(镇)统计站。
    15日为加速全县蔬菜生产基地建设，章丘县人民政府公布设立蔬菜办公室，与多
种经营办公室合署办公。
    29日因秋季境内遭受严重自然灾害，7～9月仅降雨264.1毫米，占常年降雨量的
43.96％。多数河床干涸，地下水位大幅度下降，受灾面积1.9万公顷。另有133.33公
顷遭受水灾，3333.33公顷遭风暴袭击，其中成灾866.67公顷。受灾严重的有10个乡
(镇)、135个行政村、1.96万户、7.75万人。章丘县人民政府以章政普发〔1986〕41
号文件，向济南市政府报告灾情，请示安排救灾口粮450万公斤。
