    1946年10月商河与临邑两县的三青团员在济南商河中学建立商河县筹备委员会。
冯茂斋任主任、傅嘉谟为书记，另设委员3人，录事及股长4人，计有骨干分子46名，
一般团员171名，共217名。1947年12月与临邑县三青团组织分建。1948年7月以后停
止活动。
