    1984年4月建商河县审计局，置局长1人，副局长2人，干部4人。1986年7月在县
属23个单位相继建立内部审计科(股)，或配备专职审计员。1988年2月，为更有效地
加强审计监督，局内增设一室三科，即办公室、工交基建科、商粮贸金融科和行政事
业科。同年5月成立商河县审计事务所。1990年10月增设内部审计指导科，年底全局
干部职工增加到18人。审计事务所聘请特约审计员8人。建立内部审计机构57个，配
备内审干部135人。
