　　商河县洼地甚多，建国前又无排水出路，丰水年份或遇较大客水袭入，洼地一片
汪洋，酿成洪涝灾害。建国后，党和人民政府组织全县人民采取兴修沟洫畦田，建设
台、条田，疏挖河道沟网，建设配套方田等措施，对涝洼进行了综合治理，抗涝能力
明显增强。1977年全县易涝面积治理率达到71.7％。1990年全县除涝面积3.79万公顷
，旱涝保收面积3.08万公顷。
