    自历城县史家坞(今属济阳县崔寨乡)至济阳县上界任家岸，修筑黄河民埝
8778米，民埝底宽16米，顶宽2.6米，高2.3米；自吴家庄(任家岸附近)至济阳县下界
修筑民埝45760余米，宽高与上段大体相当。此两道民埝即为境内黄河堤防雏形。是
年伏汛后，官府于民埝外重修官堤一道，次年春竣工。官堤底宽16米，顶宽6.4米，
高1.9米。
