    1914年，济阳县农会建立，由县公署领导。1928年，农会改组为农民协会，受国
民党济阳县党务指导员办事处领导。此后，济阳县又建立区农民协会6处，乡农民协
会56处，发展会员共5756人。1931年，农民协会改称为农会。该会虽然打着开展农民
运动的旗号，实际并未开展过农民运动。
