    2000年4月， 郝宁投资20余万元建立平阴县蓝天电脑学校，至2003年共培训学员
1500人。 2002年8月，丁连全创办平阴县工程机械培训中心，设机电、汽修、家电、
财会、电脑、建筑安装、服装针织7个专业， 培训各类学员380人。 同年11月，吕宗
亮创办平阴县卓越英语文化学校， 在校学员100多人。2003年10月，县交通局创办平
阴三鑫交通培训中心，培训学员100人。
