    县法院告诉申诉庭始建于1988年，1998年更名为审判监督庭。告诉申诉庭每年接
待群众来访2200人次以上，处理群众来信100余封，调处简易纠纷案件600余件。1998
年至2003年，审判监督庭共受理再审案件52件，其中本院决定再审的12件，二审指令
再审的14件，检察机关抗诉的26件。
