    县政协基层组织先后经历过多次变革。1986年10月，县政协在乡镇建立政协委员
联络组。自1991年10月起，在各乡镇设立政协乡镇工作委员会，规格为正乡镇级，是
县政协的派出机构。 2002年1月，撤销政协乡镇工作委员会，由各乡镇党委分管党务
的副书记负责联系政协工作。自1989年12月起，县政协在县直各系统建立政协委员联
络组。 2003年4月，第七届县政协在全县各乡镇、县直各系统建立政协委员活动组，
由各乡镇和县直牵头部门党委分管副书记任组长。
