    2002年11月《山东省平阴县生态示范区建设规划》编制完成，并通过省、市专家
组论证。2003年4月县政府颁布实施。 生态保护近期目标是到2005年全面达到国家环
保总局验收要求；  远期目标是到2010年遏制生态环境恶化的趋势，使重要生态功能
区的生态环境得到有效的保护，部分生态系统得到重建和恢复，实现城乡环境清洁和
自然生态系统良性循环。
